Make sure you get your Maine State Marriage License before the ceremony. All you need is Drivers License and a copy of any divorce papers to get your license. You can get your license right here in Waterford at the Town Hall..1.5 miles from the Inn. Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. Call Waterford Town Hall for more information at 207-583-4403.
The Justice of the Peace charges $100 to perform the ceremony and fill out the paperwork required by the State. Bear Mountain Inn will provide the two witnesses or you may have two witnesses come to your ceremony. Also you can request having an onsite photographer to take digital pictures with all photos enhanced on Photoshop and given to you on a CD.....It's that easy.
