Weekend Retreat
Rediscovering our True Selves
As women in this busy culture so much of our time is spent "doing" and
there's so little time to just "be" who we are. This weekend retreat at the
beautiful Bear Mountain Inn offers an opportunity to check in deeply with
ourselves in a safe and supportive circle of sisterhood. Through movement,
rhythm, sound, meditation, conscious breathing, ritual art, sharing circles
and guided introspective activities we will become reacquainted with the
voices of our souls, discovering ways in which we each can carry our
personal gifts and visions into our daily lives. The weekend will close with
the creation of personal rawhide shields which will go with us as reminders
of our true selves.

Overlooking Bear Lake, the Bear Mt. Inn and grounds are lovely with cozy
rooms, hiking trails, private beach, a beautiful function room and gourmet
meals. Use the weekend as a wonderful and empowering getaway by booking the
complete package which includes room, delicious meals and full participation
in all events Friday evening through Sunday afternoon. Space is limited,

Friday April 21
7:00 – 9:00 pm Leah Wolfsong Circle Performance
An interactive show where the audience is invited to join in. Open to all
workshop participants plus the public. Plenty of percussion instruments to
share or people are welcome to bring theirs.
